Orange & Watercress Salad

1 bunch watercress, trimmed
1- 2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp grated orange zest
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Sprinkling of course black pepper
