Carrick is a traditional handmade farmhouse cheese with a deep, nutty and earthy flavour. The aroma is rich and earthy, and the texture is firm and with a creamy finish. It will dry naturally with age.
Made with vegetable rennet and raw milk. Suitable for vegetarians.
