Little Apiaries honey is cold extracted, cold filtered & unblended to protect the natural proteins in this premium honey.
The hives are carefully sighted in organic “wildflower” meadows during the spring and summer months to ensure the bees are in the best place to gather their pollen harvest.
All good honey may crystalise or set during storage. If this should happen, just gently warm to return to it’s liquid state.
