Hodmedod’s Organic Marrowfat Peas.
A great British favourite, Marrowfat peas make the best mushy peas but are great for dips & salads too. They pair very well with wasabi or horseradish; try soaking & cooking 100g of dried peas as instructed on the back of the pack, then blending them with 150ml of cream, a teaspoon of lemon juice & a teaspoon of horseradish to taste. Season with salt & pepper & serve warm as a side salad, or serve as a dip.
