Honey Sweetened Orange Marmalade

Ingredients

·8 large organic oranges,
washed and dried
·1–1 and ½ cups honey

Directions

Peel the orange zest from the oranges. Slice zest into thin strips and place them into a large saucepan. Peel remaining white pith from the oranges and discard. Chop up and place them in the saucepan. Add the honey to the pan, then bring to a boil, stirring often to distribute juices. Boil for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring often, until the marmalade has thickened. Once marmalade reaches a good, thick consistency, spoon it into clean jars. Refrigerate for 2 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months. Enjoy spread on warm toast!

My children grew up scrubbing mud off their root veg and knowing where it came from. I credit Foodlife for our strong immune systems. We never get coughs & colds when we are eating this fantastic produce. It lasts ages and tastes so good!
