Cabbage Salad with Apples, Walnuts, and Cranberries

Ingredients

·1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
·1 unpeeled apple, thinly sliced
·¼ cup chopped celery
·1 cup shelled walnuts, chopped
·1 cup dried cranberries
·1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
·1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
·2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
·1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
·1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Put the green cabbage, red cabbage, apple, walnuts, cranberries, celery, and onion in a large bowl and toss. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, and salt. Pour over the cabbage and toss well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
